Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • At FNM Label we only except returns in the form of an Exchange. You can exchange your product for store credit, or exchange for the same or different product.
  • All Sale and Discounted Items Are Final Sale, non-refundable and no exchanges.
  • If you’re looking to exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We ONLY offer exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy: 
    • Exchanged items must be unworn with no visible signs of wear or use and within the original packaging

  • Please allow up to 10 days after delivery for all returns and exchanges.
    • Exchanges will be processed in the form of store credit. You will have the opportunity to use your store credit to repurchase or use toward another item for sale.
  • Please note that we do not offer free returns or exchanges and you will have to cover the return postage cost.
  • If an item happen to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (10) days after delivery day. ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (10) days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry.
  • If a damaged item is returned to us without letting us know before sending it out, we will not accept the return and will be sending the item(s) back to you. The shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer to send the damaged item(s) back. They will not be sent back until the payment is received. 
  • If you are missing an item from your order, you will need to provide us with a photo of your packing slip you received. If you cannot provide us with this photo, we cannot assist you in the situation.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.
